Early Parenthood & Adjustment
The early days of parenthood are full of joy, but they can also bring fatigue, uncertainty, and emotional upheaval. Many parents feel overwhelmed or question whether they’re “doing it right.” In our sessions, I offer understanding, guidance, and practical support to help you navigate these challenges. Grief & Loss Support
Experiencing miscarriage, stillbirth, or other pregnancy- or parenting-related loss can feel profoundly isolating. Grief doesn’t follow a predictable timeline, and emotions can be complex and heavy. I offer a safe, compassionate space to process these feelings, honour your experience, and work toward healing. Our sessions are guided by your pace and needs, supporting you in navigating grief with gentleness, understanding, and hope for gradual restoration.
Booking Your 1:1 Session
Every session is designed around you your needs, your pace, and your journey. Sessions are available in-person or online, and typically last 50–60 minutes. You can book weekly, fortnightly, or at whatever frequency feels right for you.
